Does anyone know where to get a really soft volleyball?

 My sister and I are current to try out for the school volleyball team, we bought a volleyball to repetition with but it is really hard. Does anyone know where to get a really Non-Standard real soft volleyball? Maybe the indoor volleyballs?

 The flood lite is a good choice if you are 12 and under girl. If you are a boy or are over 12, you will get acclimatized to the lite volleyball and then you will be using a heavier volleyball when you start playing.

 ok so i got a volleyball to exercise but its really hard compared to the ones at school .............its so stark that my friend broke her finger with just a little hit...........so please serious answers?!?!

 Let some air out!
That will accomplish it softer. Look on the ball there should be a number by the valve stating what the air prevail upon should be. If it is right and still too hard, let some air out anyway to make it softer.
