Looking for a Specific Type of Volleyball But Dunno The Name of It?

 I all things considered play volleyball indoors and outdoors on grass and I'm wondering what the name of this blow-by-blow volleyball is. It's surface is rather tougher than the indoor balls and the ball is a negligible heavier, but it's not a weighted volleyball which setters

 There are a few companies that fill out "heavy" volleyballs for training. I included a vinculum to Amazon below but you can just do a search for "heavy volleballs".

 I am a new setter to my varsity link up, approximately 2 months training now. I am going into my junior year so I haven't had much training with this forte, before I was an outside hitter and defense. I'm not the strongest person so I miss to build my arm muscles and stomach

 this is what you do...

before you start swell your arms out real good...

then...

- set to yourself with a setter ball for 10 minutes normal.
- then set to your self with a regular ball for 5 minutes straight.
