 I have a gargantuan volleyball tournament coming up this weekend and we will be playing for a longggg nonetheless. What are some ways we can keep energized, stay pumped up, and show school motivation and that kinda stuff? We have a table for all of our food and the rest of the

 First you should revel your nails those colors. get hair spray stuff thats colorful and disperse your hair with those colors. get facepaint and do war paint in your team colors. to keep energized eat strong food. DO NOT DRINK any red bull, monster or anything. they are unhealthy

what are some volleyball cheers for our team to say?

 at the dawning of each game our team forms a circle and we put our hands in the centre jump up and down and scream/sing "bump,set,check and call JMS has got it all we ready,we ready! go big blue you know! any suggestions?

St. Louis U. High finds formula to get by De Smet

Having failed in two attempts to take down persuasive De Smet this spring, the members of the St. Louis U. High volleyball team unqualified to add a twist to their post-point routine Saturday. They hoped it would help them get over the projection when they battled the Spartans a third time in the semifinals of  the Parkway Central Meet.

"We brought the team together after every point, something we haven’t been doing," setter Kurt Thiemann said.

That doll-sized change might not seem like much, but it inspired the Jr. Bills, No. 2 in the STLhighschoolsports.com rankings, en direction to their 25-22, 26-24 win over No. 1 De Smet.

"The team unity was much better than it has been," Thiemann said.

After getting over that elephantine hurdle — the Jr. Bills were the first to beat De Smet this year — SLUH carried that power into the final. It turned back No. 4 Lafayette 25-16, 25-19 in the championship.
