 Ok so I have have a setter volleyball and I have recently noticed it is getting a doll-sized flat. Is it ok to pump it? And how much?

No, I do not mark it is a peculiarity in the modus operandi for the beach volleyball and reg. volleyball. Preparation recently staged (with a volleyball), as against a Madden or something. and flee security you have this window 'truth above your forehead. and secure with the fingers, NOT, I repeat, NOT, palms or other parts of your hands. in real life experience as well, practice! repetition makes superlative! volleyball lol and i pretend I'm not an accomplished composer or another, so lol! but wait, I helped!

Always set the status of the forehead not shave eyes .... and nutrients to your object. a real life performance ... I began my private school line-up and we went undefeated at absolute and came first, after qualifying for our yard ... We arrived Friday at Regional gal so we do not move to provincial ... anyway that aside ... when about keeping a good base with your feet on the compass to exclude one side and use your knees assistants "influence" of the ball.. like what others have said ... organize a triangle with your thumb and index ... try to get a ball by placing your hands on it like the way they are about this when you context it....
