For the first thing this year, the Spring ISD STEM SMART program of work for each other was a Lego Robotic Camp for middle school.

The camp will consist of three four-day sessions: June 13-16, July 11-14 and August 1 to 4 8:30 to 3:00 p.m. and will be Dr Edward School Midst Roberson, 1500 Southridge spring.

Teresa Green, director of ISD unexpectedly high school science said that the purpose of the Cabal was Lego robotics is to get students excited about science and math while having fun.

"Children seem to be agitated about robots," she said."We thought it was a good way to raise them to become problem-solving and critical thinkers."

Green said, students will be predestined Lego robotics kits to work with which they will use to build their own robot.

"In fact, they learn to program it and have this monster do things," she said.

Green said the camp will also kick off the initiative STEM.
