where can i get a setters ball?

 I'm on the voleyball yoke and am setter, but i honestly feel like I do not have the best sets on the pair, is that normal? I dont get why my coach put me setter then. but yea i want to give a new lease of so i want one of those heavy volleyballs, i tihnk their called setterballs,

why do setters jump to set the ball?

 why do they leap? i'm not a setter but when i try to set a ball standing it works, while when i jump it goes break down?

Once you practice jump setting, you can get softer hands and set the ball farther.

Skip setting is a good way to keep the defense honest. If the blocker jumps with you, you set the ball and your hitters

The Battle for Starting Setter
