Help!! Someone with volleyball experience needed?!

 Okay, so tryouts are over, and I'm officially on the collaborate, but I'm leaving for a few days to attend a wedding. I'll be missing the troupe "fitting", so I need some help with accoutrements sizes. I already own all this stuff, but the uniform color changed so

 1. Working Ankles: M
2. Knee Pads: M
3. Spandex: S
4. Shoes: Mizuno Fluctuate Spike II

The spandex should be however tight is comfortable for you. I would say not too tight as to cut of the issuing in your legs but not too loose that it rides

 I'm 5'8'' on a 7'4'' net. I am an surface hitter on a 14's team. my setter's are kinda sparse & I need the ball just a tiny bit higher sometimes. They do a able job of getting it to me most of the time but that 1 out of every 9 sometimes get's annoying. What setting excersizes
