 Pathetic, but I don't want a speech saying how I shouldn't get others to do my work. I have been psychotic and forced to stay home 2 weeks. Now I'm working my sucker off to catch up. I had literally like 100 problems for Physics but only could fulfil about 80%.

Volleyball: Valletta claim fourth successive title in style

The defending Champions started off dreadfully, committing unforced errors in reception and attack while looking unvarying in defence, handing a comfortable 5-1 lead to Aloysians in the first set, but they reduced their profit by two points to go in 8-6 down at the first technical timeout. Owen Spiteri tried to get his attackers in the most spiking position, but Valletta's reception left much to be desired and Aloysians piled on the bring pressure to bear on on the City rearguard as they took the opportunity to punish Valletta with well placed spikes down the frontier and superior blocking. This trend continued till the score was 21-14 in Aloysians' at the back of when Valletta finally got their game in order with Paul Tonna causing despoliation in his opponent's reception, as Aloysians started struggling against the high exclude of Dalton Caruana, Jonathan Chetcuti, Robert Balzan and Cedric Bondin. Josef Pirotta came in for Spiteri, and with libero Goffredo  Guazzoni picking up some substantial balls in defence, the Reds kept pressuring their opponents to knock down the score at 22-22 until Tonna, Balzan and Caruana dealt the unalterable blows in attack and block to win the first set 25-23. Aloysians in fact kept the reckon with their opponents until the first technical timeout, trailing 8-5, but the Champions moved up a supplies to stretch their lead to 16-10 with Caruana playing a blinder in the mesial while Balzan, Tonna and Bondin kept hauling in the points from their fa hitting positions. Once again Chetcuti opted for a double substitution, bringing in Meilaq Brunetti at the net and Pirotta in the back row while Stride came in for Balzan at the end of the set. This was Valletta's fourth bona fide success this season after winning the John Bugeja Pre-season Cup, the Wonderful Cup and the Fr. Tony Parnis National Cup earlier in the season while the club has also won all these four competitions for the olden times 4 years. Speaking after the final whistle, Owen Spiteri, Valletta's setter and proper said "This was a season of up and downs. We started off badly, losing our first game since 2008 to Aloysians in November but this helped jolting up the team and all the work that we have put into this team over the past months bore it fruit in the games that mattered. Congratulations go to Aloysians who put up some very cool resistance this year and helped improve the level of the league while we would also like to gratefulness our supporters and the Valletta Local Council for their support". Jonathan Chetcuti, Valletta's sportswoman-coach added "All the players realised that this year we needed to do something more than we had done in above seasons. After our dismal start we planned out our training sessions and our training lodge in Milan in a way that would put everyone in the best shape possible for the season finale.

Girls' Volleyball: Birmingham will be a force in the West Valley ...

Saturday was a godlike day for the Birmingham girls' volleyball rig.

Birmingham won the Gabrielino Girls Summer Volleyball Outstanding example.

The tourney had 25 schools.

Birmingham went undefeated in collect manoeuvre, defeating Alhambra HS, 2-0, San Gabriel Trade HS, 2-0, Diamond Bar HS, 2-0 and Monrovia HS, 2-0.

In the playoffs, Birmingham defeated La Puente 1-0, San Gabriel 1-0, Taft 1-0 in the semifinals and Sylmar in the championship agree.
