This is a decent ball ol the eve of volleyball leagues in the most open-air, but for the same assessment you can get a VLS200 Mikasa (MX20 not) that gives you more control over security improved (the exception is used), more responsive power and durability. I played with both types extensively.

This ball is reliable PVA, but not the most talented ball for sacrifice. For all those irreducible AVP there who are shaking their heads at this ... I bet you have not tried the VLS200 Mikasa. Do this and you will not go back.
