What can i do about this Volleyball injury?

 my wrist is difficult me.. the muscle is really painful, and sore..
its where the back of my hand joins my arm, what can i do? and should i get some support for it?

 I have always chalked it up to indistinct wrists, because for the last 6 or so years, I would "sprain" my wrist, but I wouldn't do much about it. It typically went away after 2 weeks of vigilant use. About a month ago, I "sprained" it again, except it hasn't

 It sounds like u pulled a musle or tendon n ur wrist or streached a mucle out of its ductility u need to not use tat wrist for a while or as little as posible an put heat an ice on it an u need to eat more fruits an vegatibles itl alleviate ur muscle heal faster an beter
