Should I get the Nike Dri-fit skinny knee pad in S/M or M/L?

 I'm a fit guy, and I over recall the knee pad is designed (or at least promoted widely) for women.. Should I get the S/M or M/L size? Does it give rise to a difference?

 I themselves use the Asics conform which i think have a lot better fit than the nike dri-fit skinny knee pad (I know people who use it)
The coincide with has a lot more coverage and it's not really that much thicker. There shouldn't be too much of a difference in sizing,

Personally, I use the candidate's Asics I've thought a lot safer to assume Dri-Fit Nike Knee Pad (I differentiate between people who use it) Compliance is a broader coverage and certainly not much thicker....
